How do i know what to book?
if you are a new client you will fill out the new client form and i will follow up asking for hair pictures as well as inspo pictures. this will help me to better understand what service for you to book.
if you are a returning client unsure what to book for, feel free to message me asking any questions you have and i will get back to you!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
i do have a cancellation policy. any cancellations within 48 hours of appointment or a no show are subject to 25% of service cancellation fee.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
i do sell gift certificates. if youre looking for a gift and would like to purchase you may email me or message me on instagram and i will make sure it’s ready for you to pick up.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
i try to be as acommodating as possible, so, if you are running late to an appointment please let me know and i will do the best i can to adjust. however, if i am unable to accommodate we will have to reschedule your appointment or a $25 no show fee will apply.
What do i need to do prior to my appointment?
in a perfect world i would love for you to show up to your appointment with clean, dry hair. however, i understand if you didn’t have time to wash before, thats what im here for! please no matter what do not show up with wet hair.
What form of payment do you accept?
i accept venmo, card, and cash, although i will not always have change for you so please come without needing change.
If I need more than one service how should I book the appointment?
fun fact! any color service (I.E. balayage or highlight) will come haircut included, but not mandatory, and toner included. you can decide day of! however, any other service that you would like to add a haircut on or toner needs to be added prior.
